דומה לאיזון גלגלים אבל בסלד מטורף של 120000.
באמת מעניין אם יש מישהו בארץ שעושה את זה ומה שיותר מעניין האם זו אחת הסיבות שגומרות מגדשים

לא מכיר מישהו בארץ שעושה איזון לטורבו ברמה גבוהה שאחר כך הם גם יחזיקו

מצאתי עוד שכניראה חלק מהמגדשים שהלכו לא היו מאוזנים!
איך זה יכול לקרות?
מצאתי בכמה פורומים שממליצים לאנשים לבצע איזון לפני תוכנה, דבר אולי שיכול למנוע חלק מהצרות.

תקלה:
P2006 - Intake Manifold Flap
תקלה שהייתה קיימת בMK6 הרבה, והחליפו סעפות יניקה, אז יש לנו את זה גם בMQB

שבוע שעבר הוחלפו 4 סעפות יניקה (שאני יודע עליהם)

פעם ממנוע 1600 הייתה מקבל 90 כ"ס
היום מנוע 1200 מוציא 110 כ"ס
הניצול של המנוע הוא הרבה יותר גדול, רוב הסיכויים שיהיו יותר כשלים במנוע.
הבעיות פה בשרשור מרוכזות, זה לא אומר שבכל מנוע יש בעיה.
יש הרבה מנועים עם 200000 ק"מ ויש מכוניות שאחרי 900 ק"מ הלך להם מנוע.
זה לא מדע מדוייק
זה פשוט ריכוז תקלות.

אגב טויוטה כבר מזמן לא אמין כמו שהיה :arrow:

אז התיקונים נעשים מחוץ לחברה

הרבה בעיות בבוכנות של MQB
בעיה ידועה ומוכרת, הרבה מכוניות חדשות הוחלפו מנועים ובוכנות ,
רכבים מקוריים או משופרים זה לא משנה

איך אפשר לדעת אם יש לך בעיה?
1. מנוע מזייף
2. אכילת שמן מוגברת
3. רכב לא סוחב

אז יש עדכון למיסבים, החברה החליפה למק"ט אחר של מיסבים בסוף שנת 2016
זאת אומרת שמנועים מאמצע/סוף (אין לי תאריך מדויק) 2016 והלאה קיבלו מיסבים במק"ט שונה ממה שהיה עד עכשיו,

יש לא מעט S3ים שמדווחים על האלדקס שנכשל. היום נתקלתי בזה בעצמי כשבאתי לבדוק רכב של חבר שטען שהאוטו התחיל לפרפר לו.
בפועל מה שקורה זה שהרכב מתנהג כמו הנעה קידמית לחלוטין, עם בקרה דולקת האוטו סוגר מצערת כל הזמן, עם ECS מנותק האוטו מפרפר כמו הנעה קידמית רגילה.
סריקת תקלות מעלה faliure של ה-Halex Pump.
ככה זה נראה:
1 Fault Found:
16671 - Pump for Haldex Clutch
C1112 04 [008] - Internal System Fault
Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

הרכב שלו יכנס לחברה בשבוע הבא ואני אדאג לעדכן אתכם מה הוחלף (סביר שרק את המשאבת האלדקס אבל אולי יותר).
