רציתי לשתף על הפרוייקט שאני מבשל,מדובר סיאט בלאון TFSI עם טורבו מקורי K03 זהה לזה של GTI.לאחר מיצוי מוחלט של סטנדרט החלטתי להתקדם ולבצע מספר שידרוגים ברכב:כוח+אחיזה+בלימה.היו דילמות לא קטנות מהיכן להתחיל,יש כאלה שמעדיפים קודם להשקיע בבלימה ויש כאלה שיעדיפו את היציבות ואחיזה.אבל בסופו של דבר הוחלט ללכת קודם ישירות לכוח. TFSI הינו מנוע עמיד מאוד לשיפורים ושוק המוצרים רחב ומגוון.התעניינתי בכל מקום האפשרי,בארץ,בחו''ל ובפורומים רבים במשך תקופה די ארוכה על שיפורים ב TFSI,חפרתי והתעמקתי בעניין של כל חלק בנפרד,מהן יתרונות וחיסרונות,למה בדיוק משפרים את החלק מסויים ולמה זה תורם.לא רציתי לרוץ קדימה אלא רציתי לחוות אישית את השיפורים בהדרגה כדי להרגיש שהרכב באמת משתפר.עדפתי להביא כל חלק בעצמי וזה היופי בפרוייקט כזה,למרות שהכי קל זה להגיע לאחת הסדנאות לשלם סכום כספי ממש לא קטן ופשוט לקבל את המוצרים על המגש.הרצון שלי היה בשימוש בחלקים הטובים ביותר,איכותיים ושהשימוש בהם מבוסס לא על דעה של אדם בודד אלא דעות רבות שהתנסו בהם בעצמם. כידוע לי יש רק לאון אחת ששופרה ב STAGE שלי,השאר בחרו ללכת הרבה יותר רחוק .

טורבו K04 (קופרה,S3) מזרקים S3 אינטרקולר APR HPFP APR משאבת דלק מערכת יניקה ITG דאון פייפ ATP CAT BACK MILTEK בקרוב Neuspeed 2.0T K04 Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Kit שידרוג פורק ומערכת BSH PCV המטרה הרצויה היא הגעה ל360-380 כ''ס ללא התעסקות וחיזוקי מנוע. המשך פרוייקט שידרוג מטלים ובלימה אפרסם בהמשך כי עדיין לא סגור ושוקע בהתלבטויות. התוכנה שבחרתי אשר תנהל את כל העסק במקסימום יעילות ופוטנציאל היא REVO.
כל החבילה כבר הותקנה ברכב לאחר בילוי במוסך כשלושה ימים,תמונות בהמשך
K04 INTERCOOLER APR HPFP APR ITG INTAKE S3 INJECTORS DV TFSI-FORGE פורק FORGE בסוף לא הורכב אלא פורק מקורי,אבל כן הרכבתי את הספייסר.אבל מלבד רעש של פשששש..הוא לא עושה ממש כלום. בנוסף פורק לאחר שידרוג טורבו עובר לחזית הרכב,לכן הייתי זקוק לעוד כמה השלמות.עדיפות הייתה שימוש בחלקים מקוריים בלבד ללא התאמות מיותרות ואילתורים: תמונות של הרכבה בהמשך.

נכון, באותה מידה יש כמה A3 שנת 2008 שמסתובבות בארץ עם מנוע TSI כשעל הפלסטיק במנוע רשום TFSI. הדרך הקלה והפשוטה לזהות היא לפי היניקה, ב TFSI פילטר אויר עצמו יושב בתוך הפלסטיק שמכסה את המנוע בעוד שבTSI יש קופסה נפרדת ובתוכה הפילטר אויר.
