כמה מקובל שתהיה השתתפות עצמית?

אני קצת מנסה להבין את האותיות הקטנות של הביטוח רכב שלי כי אני צריך לחדש בקרוב ואני רוצה לבדוק אם אני יכול לקבל יותר. מה שמעניין אותי זה הנושא של ההשתתפות העצמית, שהבנתי שיכול להשתנות די הרבה מביטוח לביטוח, זה משהו שאפשר להתמקח עליו עם החברת ביטוח? וזה משנה כמה תביעות היו לי בשנים האחרונות או כמה ותק יש לי על הכביש? ומה נחשב אחוז השתתפות עצמית טוב בביטוח כזה? אני גם קראתי פה שיש מקרים שההשתתפות העצמית היא כזאת גבוהה שלא שווה להפעיל ביטוח רכב - זאת אומרת שבשקלול של הנזק לרכב עם ההשתתפות העצמית צריך לחשוב אם זה כדאי בכלל, נכון? אז מה זה אומר? מתחת לאיזה מחיר כדאי לתקן את הנזק לבד בדרך כלל?
