רכב שלי כבר שבוע במוסך המרכזי ואין להם מושג איך לפתור את התקלה(נדלקות EPC+CHECK ENGINE+TIRE PRESSURE תוך כדי נסיעה => בVAGCOM רואים 3 שגיאות הצתה וצלינדר 4 לא עובד) הם שלחו חומר לגרמנים לבדיקה וכרגע אין להם תשובה עבורי, השאלה כמה זמן זה יכול להימשך ככה??? רכב על הכביש מ31 לאוגוסט וחצי מהזמן הוא מבלה במוסך....
אני יכול לדרוש רכב חדש במקום? (שמעתי מחבר במוסך שמישהו עם תקלה זהה קיבל, כי לא הצליחו לפתור לו את התקלה במשך חודש)
ו.... אחרי זה באתי למוסך עם התקלה הנוכחית ועוד כמה תיקונים מהתיקון הקודם(הגה עקום + דבק שקוף שלא הצלחתי להוריד מדלת אחורית) השארתי את הרכב והלכתי לעבודה, אחרי זה אספתי את הרכב, אמרו לי שטיפלו בכל הבעיות ותיקונים - החליפו לי סליל הצתה, אבל יום למוחרת זה שוב קרה.... יש לי מצלמת DVR - אז בדקתי מה בדיוק עבר על הרכב שלי כשהוא היה במוסך - מישהו עם מישהי דבר ראשון לא אהבו את הצבע(זכותם ), נסעו לסופר ברכב שלי לקנות ירקות ו(מה שהכי עצבן אותי) שמעו מוסיקה בFULL VOLUME. כשבאתי למוסך עם התקלה החוזרת אמרתי את דעתי על הטיפול האחרון שעשו לי לרכב למנהל שרות בצ'מפיון, הוא אמר ויבדוק את הנושא וכו'.... בקיצור שירות בצ'מפיון "לא משהו" בלשון המעטה.
אפשר להכנס בהם על זה אני בטוח, תתקשר כל יום תציק להם. ובאמת תרשום בבקשה באיזה מוסך זה היה , אני בדרך להשאיר את הרכב ליום אחד ואני גם ככה לא בוטח בהם, תודה!
לא נתנו לך אפילו רכב חלופי?? ממש בושה ושלא לדבר על זה שעוד נסעו ברכב לדעתי אתה צריך לדרוש רכב חדש בגלל כל המאורעות הללו. לדעתי מכתב מעו"ד + הסרטון שיש לך צריכים לעשות את העבודה יופי.
ועוד נקודה למחשבה, אם בשלב כזה הרכב מבלה שבוע במוסך בגלל בעיה שלא מצליחים לפתור (אני מניח שלא נסעת הרבה בזמן הזה), מה יהיה עוד שנה שנתיים כשהרכב יהיה עם 50-60 אלף ק"מ? כל שני וחמישי תיכנס למוסך? לי אישית זה לא מריח כ"כ טוב ואם יש פאק בייצור של הרכב הזה, יהיה לך יותר קל להעיף להם אותו חזרה מאשר בעוד שנה+.
דיברתי היום עם מנהל שרות שם, הוא אמר שהם מטפלים בנושא מול הגרמנים, אין יעד לסיום.... אמרתי לו שאני יודעה שעם תקלה זהה החליפו מכונית למישהו - אז הוא אמר ממש לא! אנו נדאג שרכבך יטופל ויוחזר לך!
