שלום, קניתי לפני כ 3 חודשים איביזה חדשה, כחודש וחצי לאחר הקנייה התקשרו אליי מצ'מפיון, והודיעו לי שכלקוח חדש אני יכול לפנות לנציג אישי שלהם בקשר לבעיות עם הרכב, ושאלו אם אני רוצה שהם ישלחו לי את פרטי הנציג בדואר אלקטרוני או בדואר רגיל. ביקשתי שיהיה בדוא"ל אך לא קיבלתי שום פנייה, התקשרתי לצ'מפיון היום כדי לברר מדוע טרם קיבלתי את פרטי הנציג, אך המוקדן שם לא הכיר שירות כנ"ל, האם מישהו נתקל בעניין הזה?
בתור מישהו שעבד פעם באיתוראן, כן. אני בטוח בזה. יש לאיתוראן שירות שנקרא "מוקד BIG". חלק מיבואני הרכב התקשרו מול איתוראן בהסכם לקבלת שירות קבוע עבור הלקוחות שלהם. השירות הזה אומר שכשאתה מתקשר למספר ייחודי לאותו יבואן, זה מגיע לנציגים מיוחדים שהוכשרו לאותו יבואן/יצרן רכב - והם נותנים לך שירות (ועל הדרך גם קופצים להם הפרטים שלך והם עונים "מוקד צ'מפיון שלום"). יש כמה וכמה יבואנים בהסכם שכזה, ביניהם צ'מפיון לכלל רכבי הקבוצה, כלמוביל לרכבי מרצדס, UMI לרכב קאדילק (ופעם גם HUMMER) וכו'.
אם תצטרך יום אחד שיבואו לעזור לך בהנעת הרכב (מצבר נגמר) או החלפת צמיג (פנצ'ר) - תשים לב שלא מדובר ברכב של צ'מפיון אלה ברכב של איתוראן/צד ג'.
כשמדובר על יותר מהכוונה בדרכים או תקלה סטנדרטית שהנציגים מודרכים לגביה - יש תומכים טכניים של צ'מפיון שמסייעים בנושא.
