אנחנו נמצאים עכשיו בבירורים על משכנתא מול הבנקים ורציתי לדעת על האפשרות לקחת משכנתא מחברה שהיא לא בנק. קראתי בכתבה הזאת שיש חברות של הלוואות עמיתים שנותנות גם משכנתא ורציתי לשאול - מה היתרונות של זה ביחס לבנק? הם מחויבים לכל התנאים של בנק ישראל וכו'? וזה אותו דבר גם מבחינת ביטוח משכנתא שצריך לעשות בבנק? ואמור להיות הבדל משמעותי בריביות או שזה פחות או יותר כמו מה שמציעים בבנק? וזה שכתוב שם שאפשר לקחת משכנתא על עד 50% משווי הנכס זה נראה לכם כמו משהו שאפשר לנסות להתמקח עליו או שאין סיכוי אם הם כותבים את זה ככה? ואיזה עוד חברות כאלה מחוץ לבנק אפשר לבדוק?
