מישהו מכיר את התחום של הלוואות עמיתים?

אני מחפש אפיק השקעה לסכום של כסף שיש לי בצד, ואני פחות או יותר יודע מה האופציות שלי בבנק (ממש לא משהו) ובקופות גמל וכאלה, אבל יש את הנושא הזה של הלוואות עמיתים (P2P) ששמעתי שיש בו תשואות יפות אבל אני לא ממש מכיר - מישהו יודע אם התשואות באמת גבוהות יחסית? כמה בערך? זה בעצם לתת הלוואה למישהו אחר עם הכסף שלי, נכון? ויש בטוחות טובות לעניין הזה מבחינת מי שלוקח את ההלוואה? גם קראתי פה על חברה כזאת שאומרת שיש להם תשואות יציבות בלי קשר לשוק, זה נשמע לכם הגיוני? זה באמת לא משהו שמושפע מהמצב הכלכלי כמו מה שיש עכשיו?
