נפתח עיניים כולנו, נקווה נמצא אותו ויתפסו תגנבים! לא יכול לתאר את תחושת העצבים/בעסה שלך, תרגיש טוב =\ נ.ב פעם ראיינו אוטו שגנבו לי, אמרתי למשטרה, רדפתי אחריו (בלי שהוא יודע) ונחשו כמה המשטרה עזרו ? (רמז, לא הגיעו בכלל,למרות שאמרו שהם בדרך)
די באמת שכבר נמאס כול יום לקרוא בפורום אחר על רכב שנגנב! צריך לשים לזה סוף! צריך להגביר את הענישה! סתם משהו שסיפר לי אתמול חבר נרקומן אקטואליה, בחור גנב ממישהי אייפון ונתפס, במשפט הוא קיבל 30 חודשי מאסר בפועל על הגניבה! ברגע שכול גנב שיתפס יקבל 3-5 שנים בכלא, תאמינו לי שהביצים שלהם יתקווצו מאוד! לפותח השרשור, באמת שאני מצטער לשמוע ואני מבטיח לפקוח עיניים, ומי יתן ואני יראה אותו!
winner100 סיפרתי את הסיפור בקצרה בעיקרון זה חבר של אמא שלי ראה אותו בכביש 4 והוא היה בעמצה העבודה (נהג משאית) אבל עקב אחריו כמה שהוא יכל בזמן שהוא דיבר אם המשטרה כדי לחכות עד שהמשטרה תגיע. לבסוף כמובן הוא הבין שהמשטרה סתם לא מתכוונים לעשות כלום ולא לבוא, ונעלץ להמשיך בעבודה. נ.ב האוטו היה שלו, הוא הביא לי אותו דחוף למשהו וגנבו לי אותו , לאבד רכוש של אחרים זה בשבילי יותר כואב מאשר שזה היה רכוש שלי.
ווינר 100, 3 או 5 שנים על גניבה זה העונש הקטן, "לא תגנוב" מכיר את צמד המילים האלו? בסופו של דבר, המאסר זה העונש הקטן. ואם אתה שואל אותי כן! הגיוני לגמרי! תחשוב כמה צער נגרם למישהו שגונים לו פאלפון, ובוא נחשוב כמה צער נגרם למישהו שנגנב ממנו רכב! אני לפעמים לא נרדם לפעמים שעות מחששות שמישהו יבוא ויגנוב או יעשה לי נזק לאחד הרכבים שלי, ותאמין לי שאם הענישה הייתה ענשיה "עצבנית" וגנב רכב היה מקבל 5-6 שנים בפנים, רק מעטים מאוד עם ביצים ממש גדולות היו מסכנים את החופש שלהם בשביל לגנוב רכב מסויים, אבל מה בעצם קורה היום? נגיד ונתפס גנב רכב, הוא בדרך כלל משוחרר עם אזהרה או עונש פעוט. ואני מצטער שאני אומר את זה, אבל היום, הכי משתלם להיות גנב!
אני ותורה לא רחוקים אחד מהשני מבטיח לך. לכל עבריין יש רשימה שבסופו של דבר תבוא בחשבון עם ה-אחד, בזה אני אישית מאמין.
אבל בינתיים "הגנב" פה איתנו? 5 שנים זה הרבה!!! בטח ש30 חודש זה לא מעט. אני לא אומר שלא צריך לתת עונש, צריך לתת ושיתנו! אבל שלרמת העונשים תיהיה משקל.
מכיר את המשפט "לא תרצח" ? בטוח שכן... אז למה היא שווה כמעט לעונש על גנבת פלאפון? זה צדק? אם כן יש לך רשימה של אנשים שאתה צריך לתת להם תאורית "משקל הפלאפון" מול עברות אחרות (כבדות יותר..)
לגבי הרכב שלך:
אני גם דואג לרכב שלי, אבל אם אתה חושש עד למצב שאתה לא נרדם בלילה ונכנס "לסרטים" תתקין מצלמות, יש לא מעט אמצעים שידאגו להעיר אותך בזמן, אתה לא חייב להישאר כל הלילה ער עם מקל ביד אחת וקפה בשנייה.
ולצערי הגנבים חוגגים, בקושי יש תפיסות וגם אם יהיה מאסר של 5 שנים אז זה עדיין ישתלם להם. בכל אופן הלכת רחוק בין השתיים, גנבת רכב וגנבת פלאפון לא דומים בגרוש וחצי גרוש.
אני גם בעד העניין של החמרת עונש לגבי גנבת רכב לגבי פאלפון לא (הכוונה לא להגזים אם ההחמרה), כי כל ילד קטן יכול לעשות את זה, מי שעוד לא התבגר ולא מבין (למרות שהיום בפאלפון זה כבר מאוד מסוכן, יש לנו שם מסמכים,סדר חיים (יומן אם זמנים) האיימל שלנו הבנק/פייסבוק, מספרים חשובים, הכל, היום באמת יש כאלה אנשים שהיו עבודים אם מעבדים דבר כזה. (ולא לכולם יש כח או ראש לגבה כל יום את הפאלפון)) אבל לגנוב אוטו צריך ממש לפרוץ, לדעת ,לתכנן מראש וללמוד.
ווינר 100 העונש על רצח הוא מאסר עולם, 24 שנים! אני חושב שרוצח צריך עונש מוות! אבל אני לא מחליט כאן, עדיין . גנב שגנב כול רכוש, מינימום שנתיים בפנים, ככול שהרכוש שווה ערך יותר ובעל חשיבות רבה יותר ככה העונש יגדל. לגבי אכיפה, הייתי שמח אם הייתה אכיפה רצינית יותר, אבל שוב, אני רק השמן שמרוח על הבורג בכול המערכת הזו. אנדורשק'ה אתה צודק לגמרי! ותגיד לי מה עשית היום בציונות? שמת לפחות כמה שקלים במתחנים? חחח שלא תקבל כנס!
