מזגן לא מקרר טוב בגולף MK5.

שלום חברים.

אז לא יודע אם שמעתם על התופעה הזאת אבל לי זה חדש ורק נודע לי בחודשיים האחרונים
על סדרה של רכבי גולף מסוגים שונים עם מזגן שהמעבה שלהם לא עובד בצורה טובה כל כך
ולא מקרר טוב את הרכב בימים חמים של עד 35 מעלות וכך גם שלי, אני לא יודע אם זה קשור
לחוסר גז או לבעיה נפוצה שיש ברכבים הללו או אולי אפילו הפעלה לא נכונה של כפתורי המזגן,
יש לציין כי הקירור יציב ואין בעיות של שינוי בעת יציאת הקור או הרוח ואין תקלות חריגות למעט
הקירור החלש.

בכל אופן אשמח לשמוע חווד' מאנשים עם בעיה דומה או אנשים המכירים את התופעה הזו ויוכלו
לעזור לי עם התקלה שלי

לא מכיר ולא שמעתי אבל למה שלא תבדוק בתור התחלה את הפילטר/ מסנן של המזגן .
שהוא אמור להיות מאחורי התא כפפות .

מחלה ידועה ונפוצה מאד בקרב ה MK5 ולא רק.
מנסיוני, שהיו לי בעבר שני דגמי MK5 האחד GTI והשני GTD , בשניהם הלכו לי המדחס והמעבה (מוט ארוך צמוד לרדיאטור).

הבעיה מאופיינת בכך שפתאום אין קירור למשך כמה דק' ואז הקירור חוזר או שהקירור נחלש משמעותית.

כן זה ידוע, אצלי כבר החליפו קומפרסור באחריות ועכשיו אחרי 5 שנים עוד פעם מתעייף.

יש בחור באיזור תעשיה נתניה שבונה קומפרסורים משופרים שמחזיקים אבל המחיר הוא באיזור 3000 שקל...

בעיה ידועה גם בחו"ל ומצאו לה פתרון.

מדובר על שסתום בעייתי שנמצא על המדחס.

לרוב מחליפים את המדחס והבעיה נפתרת כי השסתום מוחלף גם כן.

בעיקרון עדיף להחליף את השסתום לבד ולפתור את הבעיה בכמה מאות ש"ח לפני שרצים להחליף מדחס בכמה אלפי ש"ח.

ניתן להביא את השסתום מאיביי אבל יש בעיה קטנה,

בגולפים יש שני סוגי מדחסים, אתה צריך להבין איזה מדחס יש לך (של חב' סאנדן או השניה).

ניתן לראות את המדבקה על המדחס עצמו ובהתאם להזמין את החלק שעולה כ-60$ מאיביי.

יש לינקים לרכישה בלינק שצירפתי של וורטקס. וגם מדריך להחלפה (המאוד פשוטה אך דורשת איש מזגנים על מנת לרוקן גז ולמלא גז חזרה)

גם אצלי יש את אותה הבעיה ואני מקווה להתקדם איתה בשבוע הבא.

תודה רבה אייל עזרת לי מאוד אבדוק השבוע איזה סוג מדחס יש לי
ארכוש את השסתום ואבצע את העבודה אצל איש מומחה. :)

ועוד שאלה על השאלה..
במידה ויש לי את המדחס השני זה דורש רק את החלפתו
או שגם אצלו מצוי שסתום כלשהו?

ורשום על המדבקה - ZEXEL ייתכן דבר כזה?

יכול להיות שיש את זה גם ב-A3 שעלתה לכביש בסוף שנת 2010 ?
המזגן לא מרגיש מקרר חזק במיוחד.
